Family Hub Information

  • Family Hubs are for everyone – with services for families with children aged from conception to 19 years old (or 25 years old with special needs or disabilities)


  • There’s everything from free, fun activities for children of all ages, to expert support and advice on things like housing, money, and parenting


  • Family Hubs can help to make sure your child is ‘school-ready’ when it comes time to start reception – and can also help with other important milestones


  • Whatever support you need, if it’s not offered at the hub itself, staff can connect you to organisations so you get what you need, when you need it (for instance, food support.)
